Leadership Circles
Guidance on accessing our Leadership Circle sessions
Our Leadership Circles are exclusively for our Alumni and provide a supportive, confidential space for you to seek guidance on current leadership challenges.
Each session is facilitated by one of our highly experienced leadership coaches, with attendance limited to a maximum of six leaders. There is no pre-planned agenda for these sessions. Instead, your coach will facilitate a discussion to support the group to reflect on the challenges you each bring to the circle and to identify practical ideas and strategies to address them.
Alumni Network members can book a maximum of three sessions over an academic year. There is no limit for Alumni Network+ members.
Sessions are available on a first come, first served basis. If your previous coach is facilitating Leadership Circle sessions, we encourage you to re-connect, but you are equally welcome to book in with another member of our coach team.
Booking your session(s)
To book a place on a Leadership Circle, please review the list of available dates with our Coaches for this term and click on the button below to submit a short form. You may book more than one Leadership Circle at a time, or revisit this page at any time during the term to submit further bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification with a Zoom link in advance of the Leadership Circle.

Leadership Circle Cancellations
- Once you have received confirmation of your place, you can manage your booking on the BTS Coach platform https://my.btscoach.com/
- Your username for the BTS Coach platform will be the email address you used during your original coaching sessions with BTS Spark
- On the Alumni Leadership Circles pathway, you will be able to see any booked sessions and choose the option to cancel these if required
- If you you are unable to cancel on the platform, whatever the reason, please email Melissa.Hutchinson@btsspark.org
- Please make sure to do this early as possible to allow us to open up the session to another network member
- In the rare event that BTS Spark is obliged to cancel a session, you will be notified by email.
Joining your session
A Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the session.
Please come to the session with a leadership challenge or enquiry in mind.
