Leadership development is a lifelong journey – and we'd like to be there to support you as you encounter new opportunities and challenges and continue to grow as a leader.
As a school, college or trust leader who has taken part in a BTS Spark programme, you are automatically enrolled in our Alumni Network.

- An opportunity to join up to three Leadership Circle sessions with a BTS Spark coach each academic year. These are small, confidential group sessions at which attendees will be able to seek support and guidance on current leadership challenges. See our Leadership Circles page for how to book.

- Termly email updates – including leadership tips, case studies, special offers and competitions.
